I explored the entire Ash Canyon. I scaled Timberwolf Mountain. I mapped every nook and cranny of (Un)Pleasant Valley. I survived 80 blizzards. I started to hopefully think about what I would do after mapping the entire available island. | |

I had no memory of having removed the rope about 145 game days earlier. Annoyingly, my spare ropes were back at the Fishing Village. It was on the trek back for the rope that I took a misstep on the section of the bridge where you have to switch from one rail to the other. | |

You always know it could happen to you at any moment in TLD. But this was my first serious run in the game, so, naturally, I have MANY FEELINGS. Mostly I'm just disappointed it wasn't a cooler death. Fell of the trestle bridge, really? | |

Stupid trestle bridge. On day 65 of this save, my character had a serious slip and fall on the Ravine rope climb. Ever since then, she had bad feelings about the Ravine and hadn't returned that way. Now her body lies at the bottom, under the bridge. | |
