@airBaltic Hello. I wanted to ask what is the point of buying Green Classic and Priority Boarding if all AirBaltic staff sends me to the normal long queue for check-in? I’ve asked 2 AirBaltic staff at the airport and they sent me to the longest queue.

@JulzBirdie Hi! Sorry to hear about such situation. We would like to remind that GREEN classic include other services as well such as seat selection, baggage, airport check-in, passenger name change possibilities and others. However we understand concern, we will pass this to our colleagues.
