@ReinisLazda No, but it just might appeal to Gaza residents who are tired of everyday misery and battles every few years that bring incredible destruction and change nothing.

@ReinisLazda An election would do it. Plus intensive informational warfare to show that 1) Hamas can never militarily win against Israel 2) Gazans need peace and prosperity which a UN mandate could bring.

@ReinisLazda That is where you bring in UN/EU observers -ideally. The alternative is big bad (and lethal) bottle rockets vis building-smasher "precision" bombs. Repeat every five years or so...
