Obviously this is not blanket advice for those struggling - not everyone has the means to invest in their mental health, and that's tragic. It should be free. But there are people I know in my life who totally have the means... they just choose not to do anything about it.

Not even sure how to bring any of your issues up with a doctor? Oh look, there are tips available on this, too. https://t.co/UTx6qII2al If you want to feel better, you have to do the work. I have been there and done that. It wasn't easy by any means, but it sure beats whining.

P.S. I'm not talking about those who have diagnosable disorders or conditions. Just general life struggles. Therapy is *great* for life struggles.
