Over the last five years, the EU has strongly supported #Ukraine, politically and financially. This support was conditional on delivering concrete reforms. A reformed Ukraine is much stronger and more resilient. #EUUkraine | |

Since 2014, Ukraine has received a total of €3.3 billionin macro-financial assistance. This pays a ‘double dividend’. In addition to providing badly needed financial support, the policy conditions attached to these disbursements act as a catalyst for many of the reforms. | |

As long as Ukraine continues on its current reform path, the EU will continue to provide this support. The fourth EU Macro-Financial Assistance Programme for Ukraine is well on track – its value is €1 billion. | |
