Hey @RevolutApp . After waiting 30 min + more than 2h in your help chat to talk with a human, I would suggest not calling it a "Chat" but "Send a letter to us". Chat requires quick answers & the constant "Looking for an agent" notification doesn't help. P.s. I still need help. 0 atbildes
